Cryolipolysis, commonly referred to as fat freezing, is a nonsurgical fat reduction procedure that uses cold temperature to reduce fat deposits in certain areas of the body. The procedure is designed to reduce localized fat deposits or bulges that do not respond to diet and exercise 

 To prevent freezer burn, a protective gel membrane is placed on the targeted area. The Fat freeze device, or pods, are then placed on the membrane on the targeted area. The pods then grab the fat and the process of cryo starts. You can expect to feel a bit of a tug initially for the first few minutes and then it subsides. Once treatment is complete, the area will be cold.  The area is then gently massaged

 Common side effects are redness, swelling, bruising, which all subsides in about a week
